Shipping Conditions

Delivery is only available within Switzerland and to Germany under the following conditions.

• Switzerland 9,00 CHF
• Germany 12,00 CHF

All shipping costs include applicable value-added tax (VAT). The shipping service provider is determined by us, with a preference for using Swiss Post (Die Post) and the German DHL Paket GmbH.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Switzerland within 2-3 days, for deliveries to Germany within 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick it in person, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Twint is a Swiss payment system for cashless payments and collections. It is operated by TWINT AG headquartered in Zurich. The fintech with the same-named mobile app was introduced nationwide in Switzerland in 2017 and id compatible with iPhones and Android smartphones.

SumUp, merchants can accept debit and credit card payments including V Pay, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay using their smartphone or tablet.

Cash on Pickup – you can come to our location at Bodmerstrasse 4, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland, pay in person, and receive the goods immediately. Please arrange a binding pick-up appointment for this option.
